How to remove Blogger Navbar?

Hi, I saw a few blogspot blogs without the top navbar.
Can anyone explain how to do that?

Simply add the below code to your template CSS

#navbar-iframe {
display: none !important;
}

Yes.. do what the spencer said..
or you can download a free blogger template without the navbar.
