I just create a new blog (blogspot) and I can´t add audio into it. Please help... I'm new to this.

I read the steps of instructions about how to add audio to blog from this link:

But I still have problem putting audio to a blog post. When I post the code given by that link, I can see the play button and listen to that music (I mean the music from the link above), but when I add the code of my uploaded music, I see a box saying that "click here to download plugins". When I click on it to get the missing plugins it opens a new box saying that "No suitable plugins were found".
I'm getting 
I've already installed Adobe, Java,..... What plugings do I need?
Any help would be appreciated.
